Publisher authentication error

I installed a second TTG Publisher service in LR in order to publish to a new install on naran.net.
The API keys are identical, and the directory structure seems normal, but I get the following error on trying to authenticate the following is displayed

Unable to complete the action.

I don’t remember ever seeing that error. But it mentions secure channel.
Make sure that the API url matches the site url. If the site url starts with htttps, make sure that the API url does too.

Yup, that was it. The SSL certificate had not been applied by the ISP. As soon as the certificate became active, Publisher was authenticated right away. Thanks for the pointer.
BTW, I’m migrating all my albums from a Portfolio site to Backlight!
