Recover Publisher Albums and/or Sets from Backup

I lost (deleted) several Album Sets (and the associated albums of course) from the Publisher in Lightroom. This was done many months ago.

Since that time I’ve done a lot of catalog organizing, pruning and general improvements to the efficiency of how I manage my 60K plus images.

Now, I’m rather wishing I had not deleted those Publisher Album sets. I do have back ups going back to when those deletions occurred. What I haven’t figure out how to do (or whether it’s even possible) is how to import those Albums Sets / Albums into my latest version of my catalog.

My catalog structure has remained consistent. So - in theory - if I could just get those Publisher sets brought back into my current catalog they should still match up with the files.

Is this possible?

I don’t think that’s possible. There’s never been a mechanism to import album set and album structures into Lightroom from Backlight.
