Shortcodes not working

Hi!

I’ve read the other posts about short code to make it work, but no matter what I do the shortcode in brackets just show up in the WP page.

The template is Pangolin, JSON is enabled and I’ve also tried disabling all WP plugins. No luck so far.

A link to a post containing a short code might help. It will at least give Matt something to look at

Your WordPress theme doesn’t appear to be made from the Backlight WordPress add-on. Is that correct?

The shortcode only works with a Backlight theme.
