The Album could not be saved: An Album Set can not have itself as a parent

I get this message when trying to dd an album to an existing album set

The Album could not be saved:
An Album Set can not have itself as a parent

every time I try to create an album under and existing album set.
I currently have a significant number of albums already created within an existing album set

now when I try to add an additional album I get this error everytime and I cannot add a new album

Have you installed the recent update? There’s a fix that appears to address this.

I was at 6.3, however a reinstall of the modules resolved the issue
