Thumbnail doesn't match image

Quick question: I have opted to make some development and File ID changes to several images in a gallery. When I only did file ID changes, the changes were incorporated into the website gallery after republishing the image and refreshing the cache in the browser. However, the one image in which I’ve opted to make a development change as well as the ID change will not display the development change in the thumbnail. I have republished the image and the gallery and have even deleted and reloaded the image using Filezilla. In addition, I have cleared my browser’s cache several times. Here’s a link to the image:

PROBLEM SOLVED. I opted to completely delete the photo from the gallery and the LR library. I then reimported it and returned the newly imported image to the collection and the gallery. When I republished the image this time, the template reflected all the changes I had made.

In the Lightroom Publisher setting you probably have “Push metadata without updating existing photos” checked
