This happens when I try to access a private client gallery.

I found the fix.
I’m not going to be able to provide any significant details on exactly how I got to the aforementioned error message.
The fix was to go into “Clear Recent History” in Firefox (current version) and clear “History” for “Active Logins”, “Cookies”, “Cache”. For “Data”: “Site preferences” and “Offline Website Data”.
I had previously cleared just “cookies” and “cache”, but that didn’t work so it’s one of the other three selections (presumably “Active Logins”) which did the trick.
