“Update All Modules button” to BL4 is missing at the top of the module page.
The button only appears when there are updates. Are your modules all up-to-date?
My running version is BL3 that seems to be the last one (3.2.1).
I have upgraded to the BL4 version:

I’ve edited out your order number so no one else can use it.
Have you completed the update to BL 4? Or is your site still running BL3?
When you purchased BL 4 did you use the same email address as you did when purchasing BL3?

BL3 is still running.
BL3 was purchased using post@britogtruls.no, and post@trulsellefsen.no for BL4.
Is it possible to change the BL4 purchase to post@britogtruls.no?
I suppose you could go to the set_order_details page and change your BL3 installation to the email address you used for BL 4.
Then update the BL3 installation to BL 4.
Then visit the set_order_details page again and change the email address back.
I’ve changed your B4 order to use the same email as your B3 order. You should be able to upgrade now.
