When I create new albums inside existing album sets via Lightroom, the menu set is not updated and I can only see the old albums. I cleared the cache in Backlight and tried different page templates without benefit. The only thing that worked was deleting the album set. The new album set has all the albums and they’re in the menu but still new additions don’t show up.
You may need to clear browser cache to get the new albums to show up.
Also, be sure to check in other browsers that you don’t use that often. If the new albums show up, it’s likely just a browser caching issue.
Thanks for the reply. All browsers, even other computers, Safari on the phone & tablets, are missing the additions. Please check naran.net, there are more albums in the album set pages than in the menu sets. Sorry for bugging you but I’m sure it’s a setting I’m messing up 
I see three items in the Family Photos menu item yet four albums in the set. That’s the only place I’m seeing more albums in the set than what shows in the drop-down menu. Is that what you’re seeing?
Is your host using any caching on your site?
You’re right, that’s the only album set I’ve updated recently, 3 albums on the menu drop down but 4 albums in the set. I deleted and created a new menu for the other album set that wasn’t showing and now its correct.
I spoke with support from Ionos who host my site and they said there is no cache.
