Updating published collections fail

Trying to publish an image on a site with TTG Publisher, as I usually do. But today, as I click “Publish”, Lightroom goes into “updating published collections” and just sits there. After a while, I get this message:
Capture d'écran_ 2024-09-19 à 11.42.52

What is happening? I tried to restart the computer to no avail.

UPDATE: I cannot access any & all of my published albums! https://pideja.ca
I checked with my hosting and they can see the sites. But on my machine, I get a TIMED OUT message.

Checking around, everybody I consulted, from Montreal to California can see my sites. Would seem to indicate a “local” problem in my workstation.
Could it be Lightroom that’s blocking all TTG published sites?
Or, some other freak error in the system?

Have you tried reaching your site using another internet provider? like your phone cellular data instead of your home computer’s connection.

Indeed, I can connect on my phone thru LTE. But, all other navigation on the net is possible thru my regular service provider save for TTG published (up until yesterday) albums.
Could Lightroom have anything to do which that? Why are only TTG published sites affected?

I don’t see how

I don’t know, but this may shed some light:

That case you suggested I look at indeed resembles mine. But, it’s not only my domain (pideja.ca) that’s blocked, it all the sites I built with TTG and published thru Lightroom !

I must add that I built two other sites that are hosted by another service than mine, and they do display correctly online.

I’ll inquire my service provider just in case they DID block me, but frankly, I don’t think so.

After a long exchange with my hosting service, seems there are no blacklists on my domain name.
Seriously thinking of reverting to a previous copy of Lightroom. I save to Carbon Copy every week, so I might have a better running copy of Lightroom…or not!

First Lightroom “loses” image count in Publisher, then the published collection (albums) update fails. What to do? I would upgrade to a more recent copy of Lightroom, but on my old system, it wouldn’t work.

I must tell you that the situation has been resolved, although I do not know why or how! Yesterday afternoon, I contacted my web hosting service (Host Gator) and made them aware of the situation. After some back and forth on their chat line, they informed me that the case would be moved up the line to another level of expertise. The night passed. This morning, I arose to a working email (I had also lost that during this crisis) and a functioning Lightroom Publisher and, thus, a functioning website.
I have asked them about the causes of this issue.

I am awaiting their answer.
