I have Backlight 3 and just bought Backlight 5. I expected to see it under modules so could easily upgrade. Unfortunately I do not see it. I remember someone else had a similar issue because they had changed their email address.

I’ve updated your two orders to use the newer gmail address. Follow these steps to update your site:
You should then be able to upgrade from v3 to v5.
I didn’t see any add-ons purchased, so you should be in good shape. But if there’s anything missing, let me know.
