Webshop does not send email

Hiya,

since 2 weeks I do not seem to receive any emails from my webshop. For example when an order is completed I do see orders listed in backlight/cart/list_orders/ from the interface.
When someone replies to the automatic generated order I reveive the email. I also tested with creating an order myself. I get the automatic reply from the shop but it does not get delivered in my email box.

What to do?

i do see this on mail config? Should this be adjusted? It has always been set this way.

have you looked at your spam folder?
Does your host provide spam catching utilities like Spam Experts or the like? If so, check there too.

Any idea btw, why this suddenly gets marked as spam? Is it considered as spoofing?

maybe the algorithms of either your email program or any other service you use (like Spam Experts)
