We had an issue of our websites being fed some malware, so we had to change our password. Where do I change it in Backlight so I can update web pages and Publisher galleries?

For Publisher:
In Backlight > Admin >Settings. Under Publisher, change the API Key
In Lightroom, edit the Publisher instance and change the API key there as well.
And if you need to change the password to access the Backlight back end:
go to Backlight > Admin > Users > Administrators.
