I have a no idea where to start looking to see if the server is able to make external requests to https://get.theturninggate.net. Its a Plesk server, I have full control over it but im not an IT guy. Any help would be greatly received. Thanks
I don’t know if the Plesk platform is supported by Backlight or if there is something special about it.
