Client Response Module Issue

I am currently running Backblaze 4 and about to upgrade to Backblaze 5. However, when I go into the Client Response module as a client in Backblaze 4, some of the graphic icons (like the green heart) are being replaced with little rectangles, which makes Client Response not usable! I am using Bluehost with PHP 7.4. I have the option to upgrade to as high as PHP 8.2. Could the PHP version be the issue?

The icon issue you’re seeing is because of the changes in how Font Awesome is deployed.

Upgrading to Backlight 5 will solve the issue.
