They should be the same. I’ve seen problems when people switch over to https and they forget to change the API url to match. I don’t know if the www makes a real difference or not, that would be something for Ben to address.
Your other missing album sets also have 5406 as the parent ID. Can you provide me with the following so that I can look into this mystery?
Firstly, in LR visit File > Plug-in Extras > Output Publisher Structure. Select the relevant Publisher instance which will probably be preceded with “TTG CE4 Publisher”, which is the internal name of the current plugin.
The file called ttg.log found under Documents on your Mac or PC (it may be in a subdirectory called LrClassicLogs). This file may be very large so please zip it first.
The two most recent files under backlight/data/publisher/logs on your server.
FTP access so that I can debug what’s going on.
Any and all of those will help, so if you have trouble getting it to me send what you can first.
Lastly, do you give me permission to create similar tests on your server to see whether it’s specific to your LR instance or not?
Hi @Kurt, thanks for all of the details. The problem looks to be that you’ve added those new album sets into an album set called ‘Album Set’ that doesn’t exist on your server. I can’t tell why it doesn’t exist but that’s the reason they’re not showing up.
Is there a reason you’ve put them under ‘Album Set’? You should be able to solve this by dragging out the new album sets (2014, 2015…) from Album Set so that they’re siblings to Album Set and not within it.
